So everyone is in such a deep panic about this upcoming election and many African Americans have stated if Donald Trump wins then they would be on the first flight back to Africa. Well if you are not just blowing hot air maybe you should take a look at what both The New York Times and The British Daily Telegraph have named one of the best places in the world to travel to; Cape Town, South Africa.
Every year around my birthday I take a life changing trip. I knew I didn't want to go to a party city or the beach because I do that all the time. I wanted to see something God made. Some place where without a doubt creation was speaking through itself from the Creator. I found that plus more in Cape Town.
Located at the most southern point of Africa, surrounded by the beaches and submersed in culture and the arts, Cape Town S. Africa has been one of the most sought out places in the world. With tourist attractions such as Table Mountain Devils Peak and Cape Point's endless beaches, clubs and more, I didn't know where to start. Geesh, you could literally get stuck staring at the mountains and see something new on them each day.
It's easy to get distracted by the beauty of this landscape. Luckily for me I was referred to the best tour guide I have ever met in life! I'm serious guys. He has not paid for this promo but I can't gush about him enough. We saw in 3 days what would take most people weeks. And he's affordable. I highly recommend him if you plan on visiting Cape Town. You can find his info below.
If you are used to opulence and class Cape Town may be the perfect place to settle down for you and your family.
Hosting the most expensive real estate in South Africa particularly on Nettleton and Clifton Roads in Clifton, Ocean View Drive and St Leon Avenue in Bantry Bay, Theresa Avenue in Bakoven and Fishermans Bend in Llandudno, Cape Town is home to the highest concentration of multimillionaires in Africa and has the highest number of high-priced mansions also in South Africa. But lets be honest, I didn't come to look at the grandeur of the houses. I came to see the animals and experience the culture.
My first stop was the Cheetah retreat. After visiting I learned that the cheetah population is extremely low and inbreeding for decades has caused them to have poor immune systems. Cheetah sanctuaries like the one I visited are trying to increase the genetic diversity of the cheetahs in hopes of building a more sustainable population.
Cape Town is not only the most popular international tourist destination in South Africa, but Africa as a whole. This is due to its good climate, natural setting, and well-developed infrastructure. Weather you are hiking up table mountain, driving along Chapman's Peak Drive (a narrow road that links Noordhoek with Hout Bay, for the views of the Atlantic Ocean and nearby mountain) or visiting its most popular shopping venues at Victoria and Alfred waterfront there is something for everyone in Cape Town.
So whether the Donald wins the election or not Cape Town Africa should definitely be on your list of travel. Leave the stress of today's society right here in America and let the warm waters of the Atlantic Oceans of Cape Town, Africa wash away your all your troubles and worries.
